LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) – The owners of disqualified Derby winner Maximum Security have issued a statement following the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission’s refusal to budge on the decision.

The statement announces the West family’s decision to pursue legal options against the track.
