CARTER COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man has been arrested in connection to an early morning apartment and office building fire in Olive Hill.
Harvey Middleton Jr., 49, was arrested and charged with one count of Arson and nine counts of Wanton Endangerment.
The Olive Hill Police Department says Middleton lived in the apartment building.
The massive fire Saturday morning forced several families to evacuate the structure, but apparently no one was injured.
Firefighters from Carter, Boyd, Greenup, and Rowan Counties battled the blaze.
