SALYERSVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18)– People gathered at Ramey Memorial Park in Salyersville Tuesday to pray for the safe return of a missing toddler.

Kenneth Neil Howard was last seen around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. Kentucky State Police are now leading the investigation for the 22-month-old.

“You can’t walk in a grocery store, you can’t walk to the post office,” said Tanika McFarland. “Anywhere I’ve been today, that’s been the topic of conversation.”

The toddler’s father told LEX 18 he’s offering a $5,000 reward for the safe return of his missing son.

“It’s the worst time of my life,” said Elder Howard, Kenneth’s father. “Can’t sleep, can’t eat. He was my world.”

Kentucky State Police officials are asking anyone with information on the child to call 606-433-7711.
