BRECKINRIDGE COUNTY, Ky. (WAVE 3)– Breckinridge County Sheriff Todd Pate, who was recently indicted on a DUI charge, is back on the job.

Pate was charged with wanton endangerment, tampering with evidence, and DUI after a crash.

Police say he had a blood alcohol limit of .159, nearly double the legal limit for drivers.

Since the crash, Pate has reportedly been treated in a Tennessee rehab center.

Back in 2015, Pate pleaded guilty to another DUI charge and agreed to a stint in rehab.
