LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man has been arrested following a robbery at a Lexington gas station.
The incident happened around 4:15 p.m. Sunday at the Speedway on Winchester Road.
Police say the man walked into the store, left a note, and got away with cash and some property.
30-year-old Samuel Blessing was arrested about two hours later in connection to the crime.
Blessing was identified based on video evidence, witness statements, and a photo array.
He is facing charges of second-degree robbery and possessing drug paraphernalia.
