WHITLEY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Kentucky State Police are investigating after a woman was found dead at a home in Whitley County Wednesday evening.
Kentucky State Police say they received a shots-fired call at a home on Highway 1064.
When troopers arrived, they say they found Vicki S. Conner, 57, dead on the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are unclear and under investigation at this time.
Conner’s body has been taken to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort for an autopsy that has been scheduled for today
