WARREN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– One person is dead following a single-vehicle accident in Warren County.
It happened around 12:34 a.m. Thursday on Morgantown Road.
According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle was traveling northbound when it dropped off the left side of the roadway. The vehicle struck several large trees before coming to rest in the middle of the road.
Officials say alcohol is not believed to be a contributing factor.
WBKO is reporting that the victim was a female in her early 20s, however, her name will not be released until next of kin has been notified.
