LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Police are searching for a suspect who they say robbed the front desk of a Lexington hotel.

It happened around 1 a.m. Thursday at the Springhill Suites on South Broadway.

Police say a man walked in, demanded money, and insinuated he had a gun–though a gun was never actually seen.

He reportedly got away with some cash and was last seen fleeing on foot.

No one was hurt.

We’re told the suspect was wearing khaki pants with a green shirt and dark hat.
