2 Teens Killed, 1 Wounded In Daviess County Shooting

DAVIESS COUNTY, Ky. (WFIE) – Two teens were killed and a another was wounded in an early morning shooting in Daviess County, officials said.

WFIE reports that police responded about 12:30 a.m. Sunday to reports of a shooting at a home in the 8200 block of Crisp Road in Eastern Daviess County.

Two victims were immediately transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital, while a third shooting victim was identified and treated later.

Police said a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old were killed while a 19-year-old underwent surgery for non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities said the shooting apparently happened during a party.

Officials did not immediately disclose the names of the victims.
