MORGAN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky State Police say a driver was killed Friday afternoon when he crashed while attempting to pass another vehicle.
Officials said the crash was reported around 1:15 p.m. on U.S. Highway 460 East in Morgan County.
Police said 58-year-old Robin Holbrook of Banner, Kentucky, was driving a 2013 Can-Am eastbound when he attempted to pass a 2011 Dodge Ram.
Officials said Holbrook struck a 2004 Ford pickup.
Morgan County Coroner Raymond VanCleave pronounced Holbrook dead.
Kentucky State Police continues to investigate the crash.
