(LEX 18)– A Lexington man has died and three people were hurt following a crash in southwest Oregon.
Oregon State Police say Ryan Risely died Saturday night on Highway 199.
Police say Risely was heading north on the highway when he lost control of his Nissan.
We’re told the car went into oncoming traffic and hit a Mazda.
The driver of the Mazda and a child inside the car were taken to a hospital.
Another passenger in the Mazda was flown to the hospital with serious injuries.
