KENTON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Police are searching for a man who allegedly fired a gun at officers Thursday morning.
The Erlanger Police Department posted to Facebook saying the Lakeside Park Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Speedway Dixie.
Officials say the suspect fled from the vehicle and fired a gun at officers. He reportedly ran through the parking lot of AAMCO behind the businesses.
Officials are actively searching for the suspect and are asking the community to be on the lookout for a clean-shaven white male wearing a red shirt and jeans. The man has a tattoo on the left side of his neck with a slight mustache.
