LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– People took to the stores Friday to try their luck at tonight’s Mega Millions drawing. The jackpot is at $530 million.
Frankfort resident Chris Cole told LEX 18 if he had that kind of money, he would retire early.
Cole is going in on the drawing with two co-workers. At half a billion, splitting the prize three ways would still leave a good amount of money for each of them.
“It would be life changing for me and my kids,” said Lexington resident Charles Hicks.
The chances to win are slim but as Chris Cole said, “you’re not going to win unless you buy a ticket.”
