LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police arrested a Lexington man who they say stabbed a person Thursday.
Police say 56-year-old John Lapham stabbed someone in the chest with a serrated kitchen knife.
Authorities said alcohol was suspected to be involved in the case.
The victim’s condition was not disclosed.
Lapham was charged with first-degree assault. He was being held in the Fayette County Detention Center
