CAMPBELL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18/WLWT) – A northern Kentucky city council member has died following a crash.
Councilman Rob Honaker of Wilder died on Saturday morning in a single-vehicle motorcycle accident.
WLWT reports that he had recently purchased the bike he was riding and died within blocks of his home.
The three-term council member was known by many for his civic engagement.
Honaker was also an assistant fire chief, and manager for city administration.
Details of funeral arrangements have not been released at this time.
