OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) — Police in Owensboro say a man has died at the scene of an early morning shooting.
WFIE reports that police were called out just after midnight to teh 1500 block of West 9th Street.
Responding officers found a man with a gunshot wound who later was pronounced dead.
