ELKHORN CITY, Ky. (LEX 18) – Floodwaters closed a street in Pike County yesterday for several hours and a home suffered damage after heavy rains.
Water closed a side street off 80 in Elkhorn City near the local branch of Community Trust Bank. The flooding also damaged at least two buildings.
