Lexington (LEX 18) – Former Kentucky Forward P.J. Washington was selected 12th overall by the Charlotte Hornets in Thursday’s NBA Draft.
Washington made the very wise decision to return to Kentucky for a second season.
He went from being a possible second round draft pick in 2018 to a lottery pick this year.
During his sophomore year, Washington averaged 15.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game.
