ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (WAVE 3) – Police in Hardin County arrested a man who they say entered a woman’s apartment and told her he was “armed and horny.”
According to WAVE 3 News in Louisville, a woman was sleeping on her couch when Stephen Michael Lindsey, 40, entered her apartment and moved her feet to sit down.
Officials told the Louisville TV station that the woman got up, walked out of her apartment, out to her vehicle and called 911.
Elizabethtown Police say Lindsey was intoxicated and that they found two cell phones and an empty bottle of vodka in the apartment.
Lindsey was charged with alcohol intoxication and first degree criminal trespassing. No weapon was found.
