WOODFORD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky State Police say a Woodford County man wanted on child sexual exploitation charges has been arrested in Virginia.
Authorities said Don Lewis III was arrested Thursday evening by Fort Lee military police.
Lewis was charged with one count of distributing child pornography and one count of using an electronic device to procure a minor for sex.
Earlier, police said they seized electronic equipment after serving a search warrant at a Versailles home.
Lewis awaiting extradition back to Kentucky.
