MERCER COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A 9-year-old girl was killed in a one-vehicle crash in Mercer County late Tuesday evening.
Mercer County Sheriff's deputies said four adults and two children were in the vehicle at the time of the crash, which occurred on Paradise Camp Road at Hughley Lane.
The conditions of the other passengers are unknown, but police said multiple other injuries were reported.
One occupant fled the scene on foot and was located by police at roughly 3 a.m.
The investigation is ongoing and no charges have been filed.
