ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX18) — Anderson County Animal Control is asking for the public's help in identifying the owner of a satchel bag found at the Tyrone Boat Dock containing two dead cats.
Animal Control believes the bag may have been thrown into the Kentucky River and later washed back onto shore.
