(LEX NEWS) — Gov. Andy Beshear has ordered flags at all Kentucky state office buildings to be lowered to half-staff in honor of U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham. Flags will remain at half-staff until 6 p.m. local time on Saturday, July 18.
The order follows a proclamation issued by the White House after Graham died unexpectedly on Saturday, July 11.
Beshear is also encouraging residents, businesses and organizations across Kentucky to participate in the tribute.
