LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) — Breonna Taylor's next-door neighbors have filed a lawsuit over the incident that resulted in her death.
Taylor was shot inside her Louisville home by police executing a "no knock" search warrant.
Her neighbors are suing three Louisville Metro police officers involved in Taylor's death. The lawsuit claims the officers fired more than 25 sounds into multiple homes during the March 13th raid.
The complaint claims one bullet came inches away from hitting one person, while more damaged items in the apartment and shattered a sliding glass door.
LMPD is not commenting on the lawsuit.
