LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A scaffolding broke and resulted in two workers hanging for a few minutes on Wednesday night.
Construction workers were working on the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Govt. building on E Main St when the scaffolding broke shortly after 8:30 p.m.
Two workers were hanging for a few minutes while another worker was able to self-propel. Nobody was injured.
The road was temporarily shut down so officers and firefighters could rescue the dangling workers.
