GEORGETOWN, Ky. (LEX 18) — A new and unique cafe is coming to Georgetown.

Central Purrk Cat Cafe will be the fourth cat cafe to come to Kentucky and the 200th in the country.

A co-owner of the cafe noted that it will be a unique opportunity for people to interact with the cats from two local humane societies. The other side will be a cafe, where people can sip on coffee or an alcoholic beverage.

All cats are adoptable directly from the cat cafe, and 100% of the adoption fees will go to the humane society.

The adoptable cats will be spayed or neutered, up to date on their vaccines and be microchipped.
