(LEX 18) — Authorities have dropped charges against a Lexington man arrested last year in California in connection with what police there called a parental abduction.
Earlier this month, a Fayette County grand jury dismissed the charges against 34-year-old Antwon French, who was accused of kidnapping his 5-week-old daughter in May 2019.
Police in Riverside, California, accused French, who also goes by the name Markell Moore, of kidnapping his 5-week-old daughter.
A felony warrant for custodial interference was issued out of Fayette County.
