LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Fayette County Coroner has identified the victim in a Christmas Day shooting.
Bertin Garcia-Jimenez, 23, was found dead with a gunshot wound at an apartment in Cardinal Valley. Officials were dispatched to the scene just after 1 p.m. Wednesday.
The death has been ruled a homicide. It was the second death over the Christmas holiday. No one has been arrested in either case.
