Deadly officer-involved shooting outside Louisville parking garage

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man has been shot and killed by a Louisville Metro Police Officer outside a parking garage in downtown Louisville.

Police say it happened around noon outside a parking garage near the intersection of Gray and Floyd streets.

Louisville Metro Police Chief Steve Conrad said the man pulled a gun and was shot. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

So far, no word on what led up to the shooting.
