LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Lexington Police Department reported that a man was killed by a vehicle at the 1200 block of Versailles Road at around 1 a.m. on Sunday.
The coroner identified the victim as 46-year-old Abamekeze Biame Meh and his manner of death was listed as "accident." According to Lexington police, Meh was taken to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The cause of death was reported by the coroner as "multiple blunt force injuries," with additional reporting noting that he was hit by a vehicle.
Police noted that the division's Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating the collision.
