(LEX 18) — Reports of flooding across southern and eastern Kentucky counties were coming in Thursday as several areas were under emergency watches.
Bell County Judge Executive Albey Brock declared a State of Emergency, according to WRIL.
The City of Middlesboro posted several photos to its official Facebook account showing high water in the downtown.
Officials said City Hall was closed due to the flooding.
