LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Magoffin County man has pleaded guilty to a federal charge that he engaged in sexual contact with minors while he traveled overseas.
36 year-old Micky Rife was arrested after he returned to the US.
He had been employed as a teacher in Cambodia.
However, he was fired from that position once school officials investigated claims that he inappropriately touched two girls.
