JACKSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Jackson County Emergency Management officials have issued a golden alert for a missing man.
Elijah Rader, 71, was last seen on Jan. 31 in the Annville/Tyner area of Jackson County. Officials issued the alert because they say Rader has cognitive disabilities. He drives a white H3 Humvee with Kentucky tag 876-XGT.
