LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Lexington police have canceled a Golden Alert for a missing 20-year-old man.
Joseph Conner Boggs was last seen around 3:45 p.m. Thursday in the West Tiverton area. Boggs is blind, deaf and has a traumatic brain injury.
He frequents the Veterans Park area. He was last seen wearing a black jacket over a blue hooded sweatshirt, jeans, and hiking boots. He also had on sunglasses.
As of 6 p.m. on Thursday, Boggs was found safe.
Boggs previously went missing on Nov. 8, but was found safe.
