LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police in Lexington were investigating after someone fired gunshots late Monday into apartments and a vehicle in the Cardinal Valley neighborhood on the city's northwest side.
Authorities say they responded about 10:15 p.m. in the 1800 block of Versailles Road.
Responding officers found a vehicle with a window shot out and two apartment units with damage from gunshots.
Officials tell LEX 18 that the units were not occupied at the time of the shooting. No injuries were reported.
Police said a dark colored car reportedly seen near the area at the time might be connected but did not disclose if they had any suspects.
