FAYETTE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Icy roads caused by a late winter storm have shut down a portion of northbound Interstate Highway 75 near the 104 mile marker.
Officials tell LEX 18 that black ice was causing dangerous conditions throughout the region.
Traffic on I-75 also was being affected as police closed several exits to allow salt trucks onto the roadway.
