LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — An inmate failed to return to Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Division of Community Corrections after a court-ordered work release Tuesday.
Roth Lee Baughman Jr. was released around 7 a.m. for work release and was supposed to be back at 4:30 pm but failed to return.
Baughman, 37, is described as 5’9”, 145 lbs. with brown hair, and green eyes.
He was being held on a charge of probation violation.
