Kentucky State Police is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old from Millard.
Star Blair was last seen on Daniels Branch in the Millard area on Thursday; she is described as a white, 5' 5" female with brown hair and brown eyes, weighing approximately 120 pounds.
