PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky State Police Post 11 in London is searching for 44-year-old Stephen C. Barrett of Williamsburg, who was last known to be staying in Pulaski County at an unknown location.
Barrett is described as approximately 5' 9" tall, weighing around 240 pounds, with short, balding brown hair. He drives a maroon 2002 Chevrolet pickup truck bearing license plate M8D713.
