(LEX 18) — It may be difficult getting a driver's license Monday afternoon, as the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet/Circuit Court Clerk offices are temporarily unable to issue licenses due to technical problems.
According to KYTC, licensing offices are shut down due to a nationwide system outage.
"There is no time estimate at this time but we will provide an update once resolved," KYTC officials tweeted.
