LEXINGTON. KY. (LEX 18) — The Director of Communications at the Lexington mayor's office says that the phones at Lex-Call, the city’s customer service center, are not working.
Downdetector.com indicates that there are Windstream phone issues in the Lexington area. The city believes this may be the source of the issue. Windstream is at the center to work on the issue.
