Lexington inmate sought after leaving work site

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Authorities are looking for a Lexington inmate who they say walked from work release Wednesday morning.

Officials say 42-year-old Stanley Baker Jr. was working on a community service project near Winchester and Industry roads when he disappeared.

Baker was serving time for a parole violation and fleeing and evading police, among other charges.

Baker is described as standing 5-foot-11 and weighing 180 pounds, He has brown hair and eyes.
