LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Fayette County Coroner's officer said Friday that woman found dead late Thursday died of a gunshot wound.
Lexington police said a family member found 35-year old Crystal Howard of Lexington dead late Thursday.
Her body was in a residence along Shaftsbury Road on the city's northeast side.
Howard's death was ruled a homicide.
Officials said they were talking to several people about the case, but did not describe them as suspects or witnesses.
