LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Lexington Police are investigating an early Wednesday morning shooting. It happened around 4:35 a.m. near the intersection of Pimlico Parkway and Bowie Drive.
Police say an adult male was found inside a car with a gunshot wound. Police tell LEX 18 that the victim's injury is serious but not life threatening.
He was taken to UK Hospital to be treated.
So far, no word on a possible suspect.
