LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Lexington police are investigating a shooting that occurred on the 400 block of Chestnut Street Wednesday night.
Officers responded to the scene at 10:48 p.m. and found a man with a gunshot wound. Police said the injury appeared non life-threatening.
Two parked cars were also hit, and multiple shell casings were found in the roadway. Police said no one was inside the vehicles.
There has been no suspect identified at this time, and police are asking anyone with information to contact LPD at 859-258-3600.
