LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington Fire official confirmed to LEX 18 that two people were taken to an area hospital with critical injuries following a crash on Iron Works Pike at the intersection of Georgetown Road on Friday.
Lexington police are also on the scene of the crash that has stalled traffic in the area. Further, all lanes toward I-75 are shut down as of 4:30 p.m.
