Police: No evidence found after report of fetus inside Lexington restaurant's plumbing

UPDATE: October 28 at 5 p.m.

Lexington Police have provided an update regarding a heavy police presence at an Arby's on South Broadway in Lexington on Tuesday.

According to police, authorities were dispatched to the restaurant for "report of a fetus inside the building's plumbing" just before noon.

However, no evidence of such has been located and "there is no indication of criminal activity," LPD reports.

LEX 18 reported that Lexington police were seen at an Arby's on South Broadway in Lexington on Tuesday. An official with the Lexington Fire Department reported that units responded to a "maternity call" at the location.
