LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington woman was found not guilty Tuesday on charges she fired a gun into a crowd, killing one person.

Montash Jackson had been charged with manslaughter and wanton endangerment for the incident that happened in July 2018 off Liberty Road.

Investigators said Jackson and Jasmir Allen, 19, had been arguing before Jackson fired at a crowd of people.

Allen was hit and later died of her injuries.
