SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man accused of killing a Scott County mother and hiding her body in a storage unit in Madison County was scheduled to be arraigned Monday on several charges.
Police say 53-year-old Joseph Hicks murdered his ex-girlfriend Sheena Baxter on Valentine's Day.
Baxter was missing for several days, until officers in Madison County recovered her body from a storage unit in Richmond. Officials said Baxter's body was found wrapped in plastic.
Hicks was scheduled to be arraigned on murder and other charges.
