PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky State Police said that a man died Monday after a bulldozer accident.
Just after 6 p.m., they received the call about the accident in the Sycamore Hollow area near Prestonsburg.
Troopers determined 70-year-old Larry Blackburn, of Prestonsburg, was operating a dozer and had fallen off the machine as it rolled forward. He was pinned underneath, causing his death.
Blackburn was pronounced dead at the scene.
